Desert Rose opened its doors on the terrace of Al Jomrok Hotel, right at the edge of Souq Waqif, with a simple idea: bring Arabic, Ukrainian and European kitchens together under one roof, without either losing its character.
Our chefs char-grill kebabs over open flame the traditional way, simmer borscht low and slow, and finish European mains with the same care you'd expect on a European high street — all served a few steps from the oldest market lanes in the city.
